What the assistant does not provide
The assistant does not provide legal, financial, engineering, or medical advice. It does not guarantee eligibility, approval, funding, or a specific outcome for any repair program.
If you face imminent danger — such as gas smell, fire, flooding with electrical risk, or structural collapse — contact emergency services or the appropriate utility immediately. Do not rely on the assistant for emergency response.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your ability and to use the assistant lawfully. Do not misuse the service, try to access another person's conversation, or submit harmful or abusive content.
You are responsible for decisions you make based on information from the assistant, including applications you submit to third-party programs or contractors.
Accounts and access
No account is required. A signed browser cookie connects you to your guest conversation. Anyone who can use that browser profile may be able to view the chat, so use a trusted device.
